T–01Who we are
Deliverance (deliverance.pro) is operated by Serhii Lahutin, an individual founder based in Portugal — "we" on this page. You can reach us at contact@aineluetol.resend.app.
T–02What this site is
Right now, deliverance.pro is a pre-launch page: it describes the marketplace we're building and lets you join the waitlist. Nothing is sold on this site today, and we never ask for payment details here. The marketplace is planned to open on July 20, 2026 — that date can move, and joining the waitlist doesn't create a right to any particular launch date, feature, or invitation.
T–03The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It means one thing: we store your email and chosen role (hiring or building) and email you about the launch. You can leave at any time — reply "remove" to any email from us, or write to contact@aineluetol.resend.app. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Please only sign up with your own email address, and don't use scripts or bots on the form.
T–04The marketplace that's coming
The product page describes how Deliverance will work: clients deposit a budget, a short list of vetted builders delivers working software, every finalist is paid under a split published up front. That description is a preview, not a contract — the binding rules will ship as separate Marketplace Terms, published before the first task goes live.
T–05Using the site
Use the site normally. Don't probe or overload it, don't scrape the waitlist form, don't submit other people's email addresses, and don't misrepresent yourself as us.
T–06Our content
The text, design, logo and name on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read, link and quote with attribution; don't copy the site or use the Deliverance name or logo commercially without asking first.
T–07No promises
The site is provided as is. It describes plans, and plans can change — dates, pricing, features and policies may all be adjusted before launch. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
T–08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Beyond that, since this is a free informational site, we're not liable for indirect losses from relying on pre-launch information; the launch-date and product descriptions are forward-looking statements, not guarantees.
T–09Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes before launch will also be mentioned in the launch email.
T–10Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you use this site as a consumer in the EU, the mandatory protections of your country of residence still apply, and you can bring disputes before your local courts.
