Privacy Policy
Last updated · July 14, 2026
The short version: we store your email if you join the waitlist, we count visits, and that's it. No ads, no selling data, nothing loaded from Google. The details follow.
P–01Who is responsible
The data controller for deliverance.pro is Serhii Lahutin, an individual founder based in Portugal. For anything about your data, write to contact@aineluetol.resend.app.
P–02What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address, the role you picked (hiring or building), and the signup time.
- Analytics: pages viewed, clicks, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Whether this is linked across visits depends on your cookie choice — see P–08.
- Server logs: our hosting provider briefly logs requests (IP address, time, URL) to keep the site running and abuse out.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
That's the whole list. No account, no payment data, no special categories.
P–03Why, and on what legal basis
- Running the waitlist and emailing you about the launch — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by signing up. Withdraw anytime: reply "remove" to any email from us or write in, and we delete you from the list.
- Analytics with cookies — only with your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Cookieless visit counting — if you decline the banner (or ignore it), we still count the visit without storing anything on your device; each visit is separate and can't be tied to you or to your next visit. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Security logging — our legitimate interest in keeping the site up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
P–04Who processes it for us
| Provider | Job | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting and the waitlist API | USA — EU–US Data Privacy Framework |
| Supabase | Waitlist database | EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) |
| Resend | Sends the confirmation email | USA — EU–US Data Privacy Framework |
| PostHog | Analytics | EU Cloud (Frankfurt) |
Each works under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions. Nothing on this site loads from Google, ad networks, or social media — the fonts are served from our own domain.
P–05Transfers outside the EU
Vercel and Resend are US companies certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as fallback. The waitlist database and analytics stay in the EU.
P–06How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until the launch communication cycle is done or you ask to be removed — whichever comes first. If the marketplace doesn't launch, the list is deleted.
- Analytics: up to 12 months.
- Server logs: a few days.
- Correspondence: as long as the conversation is relevant.
P–07Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. One email to contact@aineluetol.resend.app does it — no forms.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority — your local one, or the Portuguese one (CNPD, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
P–09What we don't do
No selling or renting data, no ads, no cross-site tracking, no automated decisions about you, no profiling. The site isn't directed at children.
P–10Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change matters — say, a new processor — we'll say so plainly rather than bury it.
