Payments & Refunds

RF–01Right now: nothing is sold here
Until the marketplace opens, deliverance.pro sells nothing and never asks for card or bank details. The waitlist is free. There is nothing to refund because there is nothing to pay. If something claiming to be Deliverance charged you money, it wasn't us — tell us at contact@aineluetol.resend.app.
RF–02When the marketplace opens
This is the refund framework the product is built around. The binding version ships with the Marketplace Terms before the first task goes live; if the two ever differ, the Marketplace Terms win.
- Before a task goes live — the deposit sits with the payment provider, untouched. Cancel for any reason and the full amount comes back: pool and platform fee.
- If we can't staff the task — no confirmed finalists means the task never starts, and everything is refunded, fee included.
- Once finalists accept, the pool is committed. The published split is what builders agreed to work for — guaranteed shares pay for work actually delivered, so from this point the pool is not refundable. That's the same rule that protects clients in reverse: no silent exits, in either direction.
- Task-specific cases — anything particular to a task, including how the winner's premium is handled in edge cases, is written into that task's contract before any money moves.
RF–03Consumers
Deliverance is built for business clients. If you nonetheless use it as a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights — including any mandatory withdrawal rights — are not limited by anything on this page.
